Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotions, or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery timeframes:

Tracking & Delivery
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier. LŪME Body is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
If you believe your parcel is lost or delayed beyond reasonable timeframes, please contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
LŪME Body is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs may apply.
Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

Refusal of delivery

Failure to collect from a pickup location
We may issue a refund for the product cost only, minus original shipping fees and any return-to-sender charges.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
