Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return period from the date your order is delivered. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

Have all original tags attached

Be in original, unopened packaging

Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, tried on, or removed from their original packaging.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at admin@lumeskinlabs.com.au so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

Once approved, place a new order for the desired item
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Items must still:

Have tags attached

Be in original packaging

Include proof of purchase
Hygiene restrictions still apply.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing occurs within 10 business days
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
